Dingzhou Dongfang Foundry Co. Ltd. (commonly referred to as DDF) is a specialized metals manufacturing company, formed under the integration of R & D, Production, Processing, Management, and Export, culminating in a world class, machinery and equipment manufacturing enterprise. DDF was established in December of 1998, and is a Sino-Hongkong joint-venture, with Ding Zhou Chenguang Foundry Co. Ltd. and Hong Kong Dinggang Casting Co. Ltd being the primary partners. DDF holds a registered capital of 62 million RMB.

The company is divided into three facilities and boasts an annual production capacity of 160,000 Metric Tons over various product ranges.

DDF produces gray iron, ductile iron, and steel castings among other less prevalent material specs. Our principal markets are wind power, automotive, agricultural, municipal, engineering, mining, Oil and Gas, machine tool, and medical to name but a few.

Currently, 100% of DDF’s products are exported to the USA, England, France, Germany, Italy, Czech Republic, Japan, India and other countries around the globe. Most of our strategic partner customers are global top 500 Original equipment manufacturers. DDF is a Chinese Customs AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) senior certification enterprise.

DDF has a world class R & D center, and can aid in the industrial design of products, the production of pattern tooling, sample verification and mass production independently. To ensure quality adherence, DDF has its own on site mechanical dimensional and chemical test centers, including fully calibrated, state of the art measuring equipment.

As part of DDF′s drive to continue as a world class foundry we have successively proven to be compliant with the IS09001:2015 quality standard, ISO45001:2018 occupational health management system certification, ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification and ISO50001:2018 energy system certifications.

In 2020, DDF was certified with the provincial certification of “enterprise technology center”. In the past two years, DDF has successively obtained 4 invention patents and 16 practical patents.

For four consecutive terms, DDF has been chosen by the Chinese foundry association as one of "China's Top 100 Comprehensive Foundries" and "China's cast iron Sub-industry Leader"

In 2018, it was given the "Green Foundry Model Enterprise award" and "Top 60 Foundry Enterprises in Hebei Province classification" by the Hebei Foundry Industry Association.

On a local level, In January 2022, Dingzhou Municipal Party Committee and government awarded the title of "2021 beautiful Dingzhou Advanced Unit in Building a strong civilized City", and in June of the same year, DDF was awarded the title of "Dingzhou Smart Factory".

In response to the country’s development strategy; that the nation encourage enterprises to go out and achieve the goal of continual growth and betterment, In 2020, DDF invested 120 million RMB to establish a branch in Aguascalientes, Mexico (Phase 1).
